Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, originated in Japan as a gentle, meditative practice of immersing oneself in the natural world through all the senses. More than a walk in the woods, forest bathing is a spiritual and energetic experience—an invitation to come home to your body, breathe deeply with the Earth, and allow nature to recalibrate your entire being.
In a world that often demands our speed and attention, this practice offers sacred permission to slow down, soften, and listen.
Each monthly gathering begins with an opening circle to ground and center. Together, we will move through a slow and intentional forest bathing guided walk during golden hour—a liminal time when light, shadow, and sensation merge. You’ll be supported through meditative prompts and invitations to connect more deeply with the land.
Our journey will close with stillness, reflection, and integration—offering space for your insights to take root.
A beautifully curated guidebook will be provided each month to anchor your experience with a heart-centered intention.
In this practice, we recognize the body as a living tree—rooted in the Earth, reaching toward the light. Forest bathing helps restore this metaphor in a felt sense. As you walk, you’ll begin to notice: your breath syncing with the wind, your heart mirroring the stillness of the soil, your energy system attuning to the frequency of the forest.
You are not separate from nature—you are nature.
When we remember this, we return to balance. We regulate the nervous system, enhance immunity, reduce stress, and elevate our spiritual well-being.
